Shipping policy
We generally take online orders to the post office the next business day after the order is placed, typically, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. We ensure each package is scanned when we drop off packages so you will have tracking data. We are doing everything we can to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible for you. Once it is in the postal system we longer have any control over the package.
If you notice that there is no information on your package beyond the notification that we have prepared it but the post office has not received it yet, please call, text, or email us. If you haven't heard from us in a timely fashion, there may be a problem with your order. Check the email you used to place the order, including your spam filter for an email from us. It may be the an item is out of stock or there is a dye lot issue. We check dye lots before shipping and will notify you via email if we can't fulfill your order in a single dye lot. For indie dyers and yarn companies that don't have dye lots, we make every effort to find the best matches we can. If we can't make a good match we will notify you via email. We will give you the option to amend your order before shipping. If we do not hear back from you in 14 days we will cancel that portion of your order. Domestic Shipping
We ship via USPS using Ground Advantage and offer USPS Priority mail as well. Orders over $100 ship free via Ground Advantage to all domestic addresses.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders ship via USPS Package International or Priority Mail International. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Great Britain.
Combining Orders
If we receive two orders from the same person that are shipped to the same person, we will combine the orders and refund any excess postage. If you do not want your orders combined, email us to let us know.

Preorders
Occasionally we offer preorder items. If you order other items at the same time, those in stock items will be held until the preorder items are ready to ship. If you want the in stock items right away, we recommend that you place two orders, one for the preorder items and one for the in stock items.
