Retail Shop Manager
We are seeking a full time shop manager to oversee daily operations in collaboration with the shop owner. The ideal person is upbeat and resourceful, with strong interpersonal and marketing skills in addition to having at least 3 years of retail management experience. We are looking for someone who is customer-centric, proactive, detail oriented, creative, and a positive problem-solver. We are interested in candidates who are knitters and/or crocheters, as well as those who want to learn more about these and other fiber crafts.
The job entails most aspects of the shop including the customer experience, team leadership, operations, and inventory management. You’ll oversee the staff, maintain an attractive and organized shop, and support our friendly and inclusive atmosphere.

Salary starts at $72,000 per year, depending on experience, and includes paid time off, health insurance, 401K contributions, bonuses, and generous employee discounts.
Sales Associate
We are not currently hiring for this position, but we encourage you to become part of our community. We love to hire people we already know through hanging out with us at social events or just joining us in the store at the table. Purchases are not at all required to be part of our community.
We look for friendly, helpful people who love yarn and all things made with it. Great customer service is a must. Also required: friendly, helpful, knitter or crocheter, some retail experience. Lovely, but not required skills: embroidery, spinning, and other related crafts.
Teachers
Have a crafty passion and like sharing it with others? We are always looking for fun and interesting classes in any craft we carry the supplies for.
