A: Online orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (all days except Sunday, and usually we process them same-day). They are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority, depending on the weight. We also fully insure our packages, so if your order gets lost or damaged don't hesitate to contact us for a replacement or refund.
A: To get the truest-to-life colors in our photos, we photograph the yarns under a mix of natural and incandescent light, and then painstakingly edit each photo while the yarn is right in front of us. That being said, we edit the photos on a Mac with the brightness turned all the way up, so if you're able to view the yarns on a similar Mac device you will see the truest colors.
A: Unfortunately the shop site we use doesn't support international transactions. However, you can always send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can send you a PayPal invoice for any items you'd like to purchase!
In the future we will hire someone to build us the perfect shopsite to fit all our needs, but for now this is the best solution we could find on our limited budget.
